An Apple A Day Keeps Anyone Away If You Throw It Hard Enough

Aleppo copy Petropolis Ludwigshafen is well on its way. The factory is just about finished and we are now accepting applications for the assembly line and resumes for managerial positions. Our product as you know is U-Buzz, because you thought growing old would take longer, the energy drink which we plan to distribute through a very well known soft drink manufacturer. Big Box still wants a larger slice of the pie and Aaron is working on a synthetic form of umon blood serum. Something to do with plasma, but it’s all beyond me.

The triplets are delightful and so well behaved. As you know Kasper looks just like my father and let’s hope it doesn’t act like him. Otherwise I will have a big problem. Ivana resembles me, which endears me to it and has become my favorite. Marie-Clair, M.C. for short, if it is anything like my mother, we are in for a stormy ride. I’m still trying to get over the brain floating above the head thing, but I guess that will take some time. Katherine and Max are happy and good parents. This whole process is interesting to watch because it appears that umons learn to communicate and grow faster than their predecessors. They are alert, sensitive to other people’s emotions and respond rather quickly to everything around them. Since they are natural clone siblings their behavior is that of a unit. They work together and problem solve as three. It’s interesting to watch and I’m learning a lot. I noticed they have established their own baby language and can interconnect without involving anyone else with the exception of Katherine. She seems to know what they are talking about. I suppose that’s because she’s their birth mother.

The news from Aleppo is frightening. Our umons who have migrated there have established camps but are constantly under attack. Renaldo who was elected to lead the migration has been sending me written reports. Katherine and Aaron are able to receive them telepathically. They both told me that the conditions there are horrific and are giving them nightmares.

Renaldo’s report:

Dear Ivan,

We are continuously on guard and repeatedly under attack. It reminds me of the Liberation of Karpland, only worse. These people are bloodthirsty and show no mercy. But as you know even if they manage to murder us all, we as a people, will prevail. Much umon blood has been spilled and because of this, there are signs that umons are being born within their communities. They are trying to cover them up and have taken to murdering them, which as you know only produces more. We found a few that were cast out and have taken them in.

I have faith that within a timely fashion, the population here will be mostly umon. My hope is that we remain a peaceful group and not inherit the violent and irrational mindset these people tend to encourage, all in the name of G-D.
