The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2015 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 2,200 times in 2015. If it were a cable car, it would take about 37 trips to carry that many people.
This is very cool. Thank you everyone!!
Progress report: Hot on the trail of a publisher/agent. Got another rejection from a gallery (so what else is new.) In the middle of the umonal picture book. I have been blogging some of the illustrations along with Marta and my collaboration. So things are happening.
Storytelling: As soon as some of the grunt work is done, I’ll be back to storytelling. I do have a show lined up for next November. If no publisher by then I’ll have to do a limited edition print on demand. This will be available through The Brick And Mortar Gallery in Easton, Pa. as well as through me.
In the meantime Ivan is in a serious situation, along with the colony that migrated to Aleppo. Since I last wrote about it, Syria is going through a major migration of their own. As you know, the umons are resourceful. They can survive anything but they need water. This presents even more of a challenge they have to overcome. As you know Ash stuck him in the urine drenched jail cell. This is to keep him from escaping the mammoth hurricane that was about to hit Karpland. With no way to escape and Hannah by his side (or right outside the cell), Ivan is rehashing his life and is trying to come to terms with the fact that this may be the end.
But as you know this is book two of a trilogy now titled The Karpland Chronicles so Ivan may or may not be done. I am constantly thinking, writing, drawing, making changes and thinking about the third in the series, Lullaby Of Karpland.
So thank you everyone for following Greetings. After the New Year the umonal book children’s book will be done. From what I understand Miro is vying for attention. Especially after the Paris attacks. Needless to say he is extremely pissed so stay tuned…
