As the umons decide what to do, the civil war in Syria continues. A decision should be reached any day. What they are anticipating is the aftermath of the storm. This seems to be a deciding factor. If they decide to go home, will there be a home to go to? Communication has been difficult and no one in Aleppo seems to know what is going on.
