Sometimes Your Knight In Shinning Armor Turns Out To Be An Idiot Wrapped In Tin Foil…

Or in this case rat shit. Since the publication has been postponed until I can find a legitimate (or at least decent) publisher, I have decided to continue writing the next installment. No sense in holding up the process. When I first started to write about Aleppo it was horrible but now the horror has escalated. I think it’s important to keep writing about it, even though the platform is somewhat fictitious.

When we left off Ivan was in a lot of trouble, Renaldo is a drunk and suffers from post traumatic stress and is seemingly useless, the hurricane was just minutes away from devastating Karpland and the colony in Aleppo is struggling to survive. If you follow the news Syria is a mess and the Russians are bombing Aleppo. What’s an umon to do? They have a major water crisis plus civil war that is why there are so many people seeking refuge in Europe. The umons intermingle with the civilians and have established a good relationship. They remain politically neutral but that is not to say that they don’t have an opinion. So the question remains should they stay or return home? Will they invite the Syrians to come back with them? What are they coming back to if anything?

Also I need to come up with another title for the trilogy. The Karpland Chronicles is a little too close to The Chronicles of Narnia. I welcome all ideas and suggestions.

Stay tuned and Happy Valentines Day…
